PRACTICE SPECIFICS The Primary Care Physician works as a leader of a Care TeamUtilizing our Care Processes, the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and familiesOutpatient practice no inpatient/hospitalist coverage required Highly-engaged Primary Care team currently consisting of 1 internist, 1 family physician and 7 advanced practice practitioners supporting family medicine, internal medicine and pediatricsOptometry and surgery also on site with outreach service from many other specialties Work schedule:
